Welcome to the River Cove Home Owners Association website for St. George City, UT. It is one of the most pleasant and secluded dynamic lifestyle retirement communities around. Built in 1995 and located southeast downtown St. George, UT, this community has 58 units, a clubhouse, spacious common areas, and fruit trees that encircle the community. The clubhouse is the core of the community with a large swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, large great room, kitchen, and back patio with a grill. Each unit represents an exclusive look unlike any other community in the area.
To manage the affairs of such a reserved and specialized community, the River Cove Home Owners Association was formed in 1995. River Cove is headed by an elected Board of Directors who meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month to conduct the business of the Home Owners Association. These meetings are always open to the public and your participation is both welcomed and encouraged. Please contact us to confirm the exact date and time of each month's meeting.
Paul Properties of St. George, Utah assist the Homeowners Association and board members in managing the community. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact them at 435-674-3444.
Among the many responsibilities of River Cove and the Board of Directors, perhaps none is more important than delivering the following Mission and Vision on behalf of everyone who lives in our community:
Our goal is to provide for the prosperity and well-being of River Cove residents by 1) assisting homeowners with issues specific to their home and grounds, 2) delivering programs promoting resident safety, security, quality of life and increased property values, 3) representing River Cove residents in political and inter-governmental affairs at the city, county, and state levels, and 4) ensuring residents’ fair, equitable and universal compliance with the CC&Rs.
Our vision is to be renowned for service excellence to our community by 1) proactively providing for the well-being of River Cove and its homeowners, 2) treating all residents with respect and equality in addressing their needs, 3) maintaining an open, receptive forum within which any and all Association members can offer input, 4) continuously improving efficiencies and effectiveness in our stewardship of St. George City, and 5) consistently increasing the value and prosperity of the community we serve.
